From time to time all auto manufacturers have recalls. Sometimes they are simple defects that do not affect the performance or safety of the vehicle and other sometimes they are of a more serious nature.

Studies have shown that over 28% of vehicle owners do not have their recalls up to date. In some cases, the owner lost the notification, in some cases moved, or the vehicle itself changed hands.

Key Hyundai and Key Mitsubishi want to assist you in making sure your recalls are complete and up to date. It could be related to the safety and/or performance of your vehicle. The resale value of your vehicle will be improved by having all recalls completed.

There is absolutely no charge to you to get this information. If it turns out that your vehicle does have an uncompleted recall, we will arrange with you to have it completed again at absolutely no charge to you. The manufacturer of the vehicle reimburses us to complete the recall.
